MKS mini12864 V3 Enderwire housing

Building an Enderwire, I have found out that the screen cover wasn't quite suitable for the MKS mini12864 v3 I own. It has different PCB dimensions, a beeper on the back and slightly different components layout versus the BTT (?) mini12864 used in the original project. So here's the remade casing.
