Mini 12864 LCD Display Housing - Remix for BTT & Voron

1/30/2020 Update... I just uploaded some mounts for my Voron V0.1. .FYI, this display is not exactly plug and play with the SKR mini E3 boards. I plan to use USB adapter board to plug into the Pi. I remixed this to fit the BTT version of the Mini 12864 Display, it's a little different. I also made a few other changes and added the Voron logo and inlays for 2 color if you want. I had to redo the supports for the SD card slot (parts 2, 3, 4). I just load all files individually into my slicer and pick which ones I want for "extruder 2". I also made 1 STL with just the supports in it for those who aren't sure how to import and align multiple parts in a slicer. You will still need either a shorter button or to cut it down. I had a new button so solder on, but before removing it I used some side cutters (the ones that come with creality printers) and it trimmed down just fine.
