HO Scale Ballasting Tool

Added v2. Easier turning on track, smaller holes, rounded. Ballasting tools make the task of laying ballast on model railroads quick, easy, and clean. Unfortunatley, the tools to do it are pricy and overengineered. Here's a basic ballasting tool that does the job just as well. I plan to make designs for additional scales, but needed this in a pinch on my layout. Enjoy!
