ABS Hinges & Latches (Weld to ABS with Acetone)

Simple ABS hinges I needed for storage containerPrint SettingsPrinter Brand:CrealityPrinter: K1Rafts:NoSupports: NoResolution:.2mmInfill: noneFilament: any ABS any Notes: ABS so no screw or bolt holes as I weld to other ABS items using ACETONE, use with care and good ventilation.Post-Printing =============Pin hinge with Nail Rod Machine Screw or like me just add Hot InsertScaled down to 20mm for one job so no problem scaling, 0.2mm layer height to print in place lrager may fill .1mm gap to allow movement.ABS is easily softend and welded with Acetone or Nail Varnish remover (diluted Acetone), steal your wifes mothers or sisters, you don't want to waste your own ;)Apply to both pieces allow to soften a little then press togetherHow I Designed ThisSimplest instructions to design this in tinkercad, it is childsplay now I just hope the child plays!Tinker cad two cubes 2mm tall one cube upright align & group on upright place 2mm wide, two cylinders 6mm & 3mm Diameter align & group lay along top of upright align & group.five regtanular boxes holes 2 .2mm wide placed width of centre cube apart & grouped then duplicated.Hinges layed flat, one pair of .2mm box holes aligned above 2mm hinge disecting round section to group and make gap, repeat on both halves, then place centre cube hole on one side between slots at same height & two outer box holes on other side then group one side at a time.Slide in a nail or something fix with spot of acetone or super glue itd fixed.Full explanation to get someone to do something themselves do included, do not mean to make it sound like I am talking to a dummy, BUT I WAS, lol I keep making silly bespoke parts for kids now they can do it themselves...Added a latches to match hinges repairing my 1/8th carbide endmill case I fixed problem with original that lived on a worktop safely for yrs, now more portable as it travels between mill and router. I do not want to find & sort out contents after dumping them on the floor, 0.1mm - 1mm is more tha
