Vulcan 350 1/32 Scale RC Wheel Loader
by SD89_Designs
Build yourself a true to scale 1/32 RC wheel loader that is fully functional. Perfect for playing around the house or in places where 1/14 scale models are too large or impractical. Designed to be cheap to build and fun, the total cost of the model is around £60 when built with Arduino, not including the batteries and controller. It has a fully controllable boom, bucket tilt, drive, steering, working brake lights and rear suspension with all movements true to scale. It also has a quick release function using magnets as well as a power supply to the front bucket plate to add powered attachments. I have included the STEP files for the bucket attachment so that users can create their own attachments. The model can be build with an ESP32 and Arduino using my own board, a ProfessorBoots Forklift PCB or using traditional electronics with ESC's, its up to you! I have included a gerber file for you to order my own PCB as well as the code for both my board and the ProfBoots board. Model does require cutting metal rods with a hacksaw. In regards to performance, it can lift around 200g in the bucket. I find using white rice as a substrate is perfect, its cheap, easy to store and the machines perform well when digging it. Included: Group Print Files in .3MF format Individual STLs for all parts STEP files for Bucket Attachment Plate and Bucket Side Plate 3 Attachments, Rock Bucket, Rehandling Bucket and Forks Gerber file for PCB if you want to build it with Arduino (can build with normal electronics too) Arduino Code for my SD89 Board Arduino Code for ProfessorBoots Forklift Board Wiring diagram for normal electronics 162 page Assembly Manual in PDF format Parts list in PDF format
