Mobile Printer Cart for Bambu X1C, P1S, & X1E
by mitchulze
This cart is designed to be printed by a Bambu printer, so it can hold a Bambu printer. It is a modular design with many great features. This is my third version of this cart, and I am very happy with how it turned out. Below is a complete breakdown in this PDF. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JdYPjj8v3NomZAVtks78vRl6Ki8xSzYh/view?usp=sharing All the .STEP files, and Bambu .3mf files needed to print this are included. Here is a video overview of the cart: https://youtu.be/IlsVFqhwo-M The entire structure is printed out of PLA. The majority of it is 2 wall and 15% infill. The assembly is almost completely held together with dovetail joints and glue. The different sections are kept together with square dowels. I have printed on this structure for 200+ hours already and it has held up great. As pictured, this configuration took about 9.5KG of PLA and just under 9 days to print. There are a few purchased items used in this design: Drawer Sides: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGG3982V?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Casters: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D8FXRDXK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Thick Super Glue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4D4N7MW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I also recommend using quick clamps when gluing joints. It helps to keep the joints flush.
