K1 Max Unibody Riser (remix-ish)

by pjm237

I did a bit of searching for a lid riser for my K1 max. Came across the Unibody version for the K1 and really liked it. Looked at a bit and said that is a printing nightmare. I ended up using it for inspiration and made my own. I made it so you can either use 6x3 magnets or M3x12 screws to hold the Rails to the Corners. Use the magnets if you want to be able to remove them for venting. The Rials will roll to the inside when you want to remove them. No need to remove the Corners. On the Corner for the runout sensor relocation, I used a PC4-M10 to attach the PTFE Tube to the Corner. Forgoing re-using the stock Creality attachment like most of the other risers out there. You will need to mirror the corner Trim to get both sides of the corner. I did quickly look at make a K1 version by just shorting the Rail. I thought it was too short to be used for venting. The 435 on the Rail is a legacy of that investigation. Trim is glued on: CA, Supper Glue, Kragel. Print Qty: 4 rail pieces 4 rail trim 3 corner pieces (4 without sensor relocation) 1 corner with sensor relocation 7 corner trim (8 without sensor relocation) 1 corner trim with sensor relocation
