Alternate head variation for different –fexes

This thing is a quick remix of the [Carnisaurus Fex](https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/carnisaurus-fex) by [KarnageKing](https://cults3d.com/en/users/KarnageKing/creations) I want to force my mum to learn Blender, so as a showcase of this piece of software's power I hath created these. Took me slightly over 3 hours and little to no skill. Everyone can design! Also included .3mf files. Significantly smaller than .stl, they are neat. No Bio–Plasma, I have no idea how to sculpt that one.
