Saumsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Wallet Case

by Nelno

UPDATED: Minor tweaks and there is now a full-TPU version that has some built-in supports that should be much easier to remove than auto-generated ones. This case for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone comes in two flavors. The first is a single piece case intended to be printed in TPU 95A or softer. This case is slightly wider and thicker than the phone, with two pockets on the bottom that can each store 3 credit cards. This weighs about 54 grams I printed it (10% honeycomb infill). The second is a two-piece variant that where the bottom is intended to be printed in a hard plastic like PLA and the top in TPU. The two pieces will snap together. The case has two slots on the bottom that fit three cards each. This weighs something like 36 grams (TPU, 10% honeycomb infill) for the top piece and 31 grams (PLA, 15% honeycomb) for the bottom piece. For reference, my folding leather wallet case I replaced weight over 100 grams, only had three card slots, and the cards folded against the screen making them scuff the screen. The cards are held in place only by friction, so don't expect this to hold in less than 3 cards per slot. The tolerance with my Bambu P1S is so good that the cards will not fall out come loose even when the phone is dropped. Your mileage may vary. The hard bottom version has an extra 2 half-circle openings so that you can push the cards out with a finger. I did not add this to the 1-piece version because it's easier to get the cards out when the whole case is TPU. I may update this in the future. If it bothers you, let me know and I can add them. Print settings: In order to print the single piece version you either need to stand it on its side, or print it laying on the back and add supports in the the card slots. When I printed it laying on the left side, the layer quality for the TPU wasn't great, probably due to the TPU being flexible. This might be fixable with supports, but I didn't bother. Instead I printed on the back and used small tree supports
