Pressure Washer Nozzle Storage

NOTE: This design requires 5 gaskets or the nozzles will not be held properly. This is a holder for pressure washer nozzles. It holds 5 nozzles: * 0 degree - Red * 15 degree - Orange * 25 degree - Green * 40 degree - White * 65 degree - Black You can obviously put any nozzle in any position but these are the 5 most common nozzles and the values are displayed on the holder. The holes are sized for a gasket that is * inner diameter (ID): ½" * outer diameter (OD) 13/16" * thickness: 9/32" * groove diameter 5/8" * groove width 1/16" I found these at Ace Hardware in the USA, part number 55057-G. They were $0.79 each and is the most expensive part of the holder since you need 5. The cost of the print was under $0.25. The gasket should fit with a bit of clearance that allows the holder to swing without binding. This is necessary because when you insert/remove the nozzle, the gasket needs a bit of room to deform. The sizes and colors are raised in the model and can be colored for visibility. I used a white metallic maker. There is also a small hole at one end to allow a carabiner or string to attach this to the pressure washer so it will be readily available when you use your washer.
