super chip clip w rotating latch release

a better designed chip clip. this has a lever that rotates to lock and unlock the clip. you squeeze it to make room for the locking surfaces to engage, the rotate the lever to lock. do the opposite to release. this is print in place. the lever is very stiff after print but with a lil effort it will come loose and rotate easily. use supports. this is a remix from Locking Chip Clip by 3DPrintNOVA
