SeCopter 250 - Quadcopter Frame V1.0
by CNC Kitchen
First version of my 3D Printed Quadcopter frame. The configuration is currently for the parts which I still had laying around at home: KK2 board (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/\_\_54299\_\_Hobbyking\_KK2\_1\_5\_Multi\_rotor\_LCD\_Flight\_Control\_Board\_With\_6050MPU\_And\_Atmel\_644PA.html?strSearch=kk2) Multistar Motor and Afro ESC set (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh\_viewitem.asp?idproduct=76071) Since the weather is currently bad I did not yet have the chance to fly it outside. Indoor test flights were performed and very successful. The goal for this design was to create a very stiff but light frame. Currently the design might still be a little overkill but I will optimize that in future designs. The landing gear is snap on and should not damage the frame in a crash. The current total weight including a 1200mAh battery is 460g. If you have suggestions, wishes or comments just let me know. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel90Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: In order to increase the stiffness have at least 0.5mm of solid top and bottom solid thickness. I used 3 layers for my 0.2mm print. Category: R/C Vehicles
