I recommend printing in PTEG, but PLA is probably fine too.    Rail:  Lay it flat on the bed so that screw holes face downward.   Supports are needed  Bowl:  I suggest painting manual supports on the pointed edge of the rail channel.   You shouldn't need support inside the rail channel at all, as your printer should be able to bridge across this with no issues. STEP files are included and are supported in most modern slicer programs.   Use them just like you would with an STL.   Enjoy!
