AEG / Ridgid & Makita Batteries Connector

by PiX

Makita Version I've made a Makita compatible plate. It uses mojo_replica's battery terminal connector AEG Version I discovered that AEG is the same as the Ridgid brand in the US. Anyway, this is simple enough to print, doesn't use any supports and use whatever I had laying around: fuse connectors :) This is a work in progress. I want to be able to put a LED spotlight on my AEG batteries. I have not settled on what I will use as a spotlight so I'm releasing the connector. It still not perfect but it work great for now. ~~I'm using PCB fuse holder as connectors.~~ V2 is available and uses two pieces of brass (60x5mm @ 0.5 or 0.8mm) Informations There is multiple versions: 0, 1 or 3 straps for the base plate Two sizes of covers Two covers, one for housing a USB DC/DC convertor and a plain one. Some versions allows mounting a LED spot from AliExpress: LED Spot Light (Others should be fine) with a switch A Makita compatible base plate (Using mojo_replica's battery terminal connector or buy one directly: Makita Terminal Connector This was designed using OnShape: AEG Battery Connector Print Settings Supports: No Connectors Fuse holders used as connectors. You can find them on eBay. You can also use the V2 of the insert which uses two pieces of brass (60x5mm @ 0.5 or 0.8mm) Category: Parts
