Technics SL-J2 Pop Up 45 Converter

A replacement part for the SL-J2 Technics record player. Instead of having a fully solid platter and giving you a plastic donut to play your 45's with, instead they made a hole in the platter with a spring loaded puck that locks in and out so that you would never lose your 45 adapter. Unfortunately after 30 something years the plastic tabs get brittle and will break.I ended up making a replacement for it with a 'smooth top' as the grooves built into it were a thoughtful but useless feature.Ended up working well, but I will take note that this design wont work with all of the 'pop up' variety 45 converters on other Technics. Some have 3 pins, while this one has 2. So make sure you double check.
