Bontrager Ion / Flare series light mount (27.5mm)

This is a mount for most bontrager flare series tail lights that goes on a 27.2mm seatpost. It has a locking tab (Which will probably break off if printed in PLA, but it still fits snugly). It has a variable angle so it accommodates all angles of seatposts, from road bike to mountain bike. For the mounting, you can take the bolt and nut that came with the stock rear reflector and use that. It will probably be the same dimensions. To avoid accidental rotation of the mount, I lined the inside with some electrical tape for friction, but a thin rubber band or a weak adhesive may work as well. This print was thorougly tested on a 15 mile offroad trail ride, a few jumps included. It held up just fine. Happy riding!
