This time, I built something really satisfying — a smart, motion-activated desk dustbin with an iris-style lid that opens like it’s from a sci-fi movie! Designed in Fusion 360 and powered by an Arduino Nano, this DIY project uses 3D-printed parts, an ultrasonic sensor, and a servo motor to open automatically when your hand gets close.
