*BANG! BANG! PEW! PEW! Reloadeeeers!** Here's my visual & audible **Shooters3D Powder Checker**. It's a relatively simple design with few 3d printed parts and 3 electronic components you need to purchase (if you go full-in also with the audible function, otherwise it's just 3d printes and a few M3 brass inserts and screws.. 7/8"-14 standard die is part of the design. **Parts to print:** 1. Die (print upside down with integrated supports on the print plate 2. Dipper (print with thread up) 3. Guide bracket (print laying on it's back, with supports touching buildplate enabled; change filament color on text layers) 4. Slider (change filament color on extruded line indicating top of the slider) 4.1. Slider pin (very small part, to be installed on slider) 5. Switch box (print laying down on front side, with supports touching buildplate enabled) 6. Switch box **To assemble this, you'll also need to source:** - 3x 20 mm M3 screw (lenght without head) - 1x 27 mm M3 screw (lenght without head) - 1x 5 mm M3 screw (lenght without head) - 5x M3 4 mm brass inserts - Pizzo buzzer as SEP-2202, 12 mm dia, 8 mm depth, 3-20V - Limit switch with long handle & roller (photo), as KW3-OZ, 16x28x10mm - 9V battery connector - some wires and soldering knowledge (diagram in photos) Print the parts, assemble them as explained and seen on photos and video.
