Leverless Arcade Controller (Hitbox Style)
by JSonic
This is a Leverless Arcade Controller using a Sanwa style button. The controller parts consist of: 1. Sanwa Button 24mm (3x) and 30mm (9x) 2. RP2040 microcontroller (Raspberry Pi Pico / Adafruit / Liatris / etc.) 3. USB cable (for connecting the microcontroller to the PC or Console) 4. 10x of M6 6mm screws (60mm) 5. 10x Blind Cap Nut / acorn cap nut /dome nut 6. 6x momentary push switch 12mm 7. 10x Washer M6 x 12mm (for the top side of the screws) Guide on how to flash the microcontroller & the wiring can be seen here: https://github.com/OpenStickCommunity/GP2040-CE The 3D file can be print as it is. It is recommended to use acrylic for the top layer using the vector file (*.svg) to cut the acrylic 2 layer of acrylic is needed for the top layer if you want to use an art sticker If you have a small size build plate, use the split STL file for the print process. you must cut an acrylic or MDF (3mm) board using the vector file (*.svg) for the top and bottom of the controller. If you want to use Cherry MX Switches instead of Sanwa Switch, you could scale down the Z Axis on the slicer software (you need an adaptor for the switches to be able to fit into the model)
