Hailong 1-2 downtube base plate 65pcs 18650
by Maxias
For the past 2 years I’ve been making e-bike with my younger brother, however mounting the downtube batteries without drilling holes has been a giant pain in the ass, so I modelled and integrated the downtube base plates into my designs to avoid drilling holes in my bike. Hereby I present the Hailong 1-2 baseplate for all the e-bike builders out there. The metal part of the baseplate where the connectors and wires are connected to slide into this part from the back and can be screwed into the 3D printed part from the top. These step files should be easy to integrate into your design using simple CAD techniques. This baseplate should also work for the Hailong Max G80 18650 and 21700 variant of the Hailong cases.
