It provides **passive retention and controlled resistance** on both the grip and trigger, making it ideal for dry fire training (especially one-handed training) and controlled handling setups. Designed to be compact, functional, and easy to print with standard hardware. --- ## 🧩 Features - Lightweight and simplified design - Adjustable resistance via interchangeable springs - Dual-function: - **Trigger resistance** (1 spring, 9-10 mm dia, 35-44 mm lenght) - **Grip retention** (3 springs, 9-10 mm dia, 35-44 mm lenght) - Easy to assemble and tune to your preference: use M4 heat inserts on Glock17 Griptrainer (3x) and 2xM3 inserts on grip and trigger cover.
