FLsun V400 cpap part cooler

by Ronnie123

This is a conversion to get rid of the standard part cooling fans on the effector plate and install a cpap fan. The cpap has a lot of overhead capacity when it comes to moving air. Thus cooling rapidly or at 100% fan removing your print from the printbed. The duct replaces the part cooling fans on both sides. it just clips in. Can be used with the standard part cooling ducts or the upgraded ones. The wire loom can be attached to the duct with a zip tie. The fan holder and 90 degree bent is made that the fan can be attached to the top of the printer. attach it close to the entry point of the wire loom so the wires can be guided inside the top of the printer. Install the fan control board in the top of the printer. Run a single wire from the BLTOUCH pin. pin PA8 to the grey input wire on the control board of the BLTOUCH. Get 24 volts from the mainbord supply coming through the pillar and attach it to the fan controller board. use the clips to get the cpap hose and wire loom tidy. Change in printer.cfg: [fan] pin: PA8 kick_start_time: 0.1 off_below: 0.2 cycle_time: 0.005 max_power: 1 hardware_pwm: False #edit: ive added a picture of the control board, some had some problems locating pin PA8. Its the BLTOUCH pin. Ive been using the cpap fan and controller board from the aliexpress mellow store. Added a 15mm hose option for less weight. happy printing!
