AR15 Magazine Holder - Belt Clip and MOLLE versions

I liked the original design by airbiscuity but the fitment was far too tight. I loosened the fit so the magazine will slide in and out easily but not fall during running. Secondly I changed the loops to be a belt clip that can be mounted to a belt without needing to feed the belt through, and added a version that hooks onto MOLLE to be mounted on a plate carrier.
