18650 - 21700 Charger | TP4056 Usb C (charging module)

Charger for 18650 (18x65mm) and 21700 (21x70mm) size Li-Ion battery using TP4056 charging module (available on Amazon or Aliexpress). Charges the battery at 1A maximum. There are 2 led indicators visible from the side and bottom: Red = charging , Blue = Charged / waiting for battery Uses a spring and a metal plate : - plate size 13x11x0.5mm - spring length 9mm BOM (Bill of material) - 1x TP4056 USB-C module - 2x wires ~24awg, ~6cm minimum - 2 screws M2*4mm - metal plate PLUS (flat) and MINUS (spring) Size when assembled (Lxhxp): 82x23x22mm Metal plates can be recovered from old, unused appliances Assembly instruction: - Strip the 2 24awg wires for 5mm and twist or tin them. - Pass the wires through the frame (picture) - Solder the wires on the load module: pads B- and B+. - Cut the wires to the right length to solder them on the metal plates: red wires 6cm, black wires 4.5cm - Insert the metal plates into the frame - Position the cover facing the usb c and screw it with the 2 M2 screws.
